Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse in Bremen, Germany. During sales or new product launches, processing times may extend up to 5 business days due to high order volumes.

Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are free.

Refunds may take up to 30 days after we receive your return.

Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition. Items in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and may be returned at your expense.

How to return

1. PACKAGE THE PRODUCT

Ensure the product is in its original condition. Use the original packaging if possible.

2. INCLUDE A NOTE

Write a note with your order number and full name. Place the note inside the package.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Customs, taxes, or import duties are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover these costs. No refund will be issued if a package is returned due to refusal of these charges.

Address Errors & Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we reserve the right to retain shipping and return costs. A new delivery attempt will incur additional charges.

Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, or carrier issues. We will assist with reshipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
