Orders can be refunded within 30 days after receipt.

For orders outside of Germany, customers are responsible for managing the return shipment of the package.

Products have to be included fully and in original state
HOW TO RETURN?
Package the Product:
Ensure the product is in its original condition. Use the original packaging if possible.
Include a Note
Write a note with your order number and full name. Place the note inside the package.
Address the Return
Send the return package to:

International Returns
If you are outside Germany, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
